In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@satinsecretunderwear.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided in Section 13.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Satin Secret Underwear LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
