Standard domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days and costs $5.95 (free on orders over $75). Express shipping takes 2–3 business days for $12.95. International shipping is available to select countries and takes 10–15 business days for standard or 5–8 business days for express. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Inside, your items are wrapped in our signature tissue paper and placed in an elegant box — but from the outside, no one will know what's inside. The return address on the label shows only our company initials and address.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status at any time. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Yes, we ship to select countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most EU member states. International standard shipping starts at $18.95 and takes 10–15 business days. Express international shipping is available for $29.95 (5–8 business days). Orders over $150 qualify for free international shipping. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
To preserve the quality and longevity of your Satin Secret pieces, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Lay flat to dry — never wring or tumble dry. For bras, fasten the hooks before washing to prevent snagging. Store your lingerie flat or folded gently in a drawer, avoiding hanging which can stretch delicate fabrics.
