Shipping Policy

At Satin Secret Underwear, we want your order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are carefully packaged in our signature discreet packaging to ensure your privacy and the protection of your items during transit.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European Union member states.

• International standard shipping: $18.95 (10–15 business days)
• International express shipping: $29.95 (5–8 business days)
• Free international shipping on orders over $150
• All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
• Satin Secret Underwear is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
• International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at contact@satinsecretunderwear.com.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Satin Secret Underwear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear and bodysuits (if the hygiene liner has been removed)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
• Gift cards
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email us at contact@satinsecretunderwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
• Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.
• Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same return process outlined above and indicate your preferred replacement item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@satinsecretunderwear.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
